Description:
A good introduction for individuals new to the process or who would like a refresher, this informal session covers the key information to build confidence, understand how the CPG fits and why its relevant to workplace development. Facilitated by one of the VCA team who will answer any questions throughout the session.

Demonstrating Outstanding Leadership in the CPG and beyond
Description:
In this interactive workshop we explore tips, techniques and approaches to demonstrating effective leadership and team management behaviours in the workplace, and how to translate these to effective assessment performance.

Candidates seeking development after a CPG or those seeking learning in advance of the CPG
