Since 2011, VCA Ltd has been bringing together FRS assessment and development professionals for informal, collaborative meetings. These events provide a space to share best practices, discuss challenges, and exchange resources across different FRSs. Topics cover assessment, promotion, firefighter recruitment and selection, development, leadership, organisational culture, coaching, and more.

Led by Chartered Psychologist Hannah Vallance, the sessions are designed to be accessible and flexible: short, bite-sized lunchtime meetings where participants can focus on the topics that matter most to them. Each session is limited to around ten FRS representatives to keep conversations engaging and interactive.
