Exercise Length: 15 minutes
The values questionnaire assesses how closely aligned a candidate is to the organisation’s values, identifying areas where there is a good match (green rating) and those were there is some discrepancy (amber or red rating). This tool is useful to inform later development, and the results from each candidate generate bespoke questions which can be used to explore their values in more depth at a later interview.
Scores from the values questionnaire are not used to inform final assessment results. A values report is generated for each candidate based on their performance, which details how well they are aligned to each value area.
