The case study involves a fictitious situation in which the candidate will be required to read through information including emails, data and articles, and produce a written response to topics raised.

Overview

As a newly appointed Strategic Director at Camsford Water the candidate is responsible for drafting a Strategic Direction Paper identifying organisational priorities, highlighting opportunities and strategies for meeting objectives, and evaluating potential risks.

Telephone Roleplay

The role-play requires the candidate to read through a scenario and make notes before conducting a telephone call to discuss the issues.  There is an option to conduct this discussion via video call if preferred.

The candidate will be tasked with identifying immediate and wider-ranging issues and determining a way forward to satisfy a range of agendas. The candidate will be expected to explore various opportunities for improvement and create solutions to the issues raised.
